After watching it for the 12th time it finally hit me. I have more details on the subject, but wanted to get some other thoughts.

I have fond memories of watching Dead Man on Campus.

I don't mean Morbius taking on Dr. Strange although that would be a great movie. I watched this kind of back to back with Morbius and I was so lost watching Dr. Strange. In the vampire lore, I feel the living with "Demons" hasn't really been well represented until Morbius came a long and Jared Leto brought it out so fiercely. Halfway through I'm realizing I'm watching one of the best vampire adaptations ever.

Although this came out in the 90's I feel like this was just straight old school filmmaking. It helps that it was based on a TV show. Mel Gibson seems like one of those traditionalist so I think he wanted to keep things like the films he saw growing up.

Tom Cruise obviously. Robert Downey Jr. should be higher, maybe 2 or 3. I feel like there would be someone else, but can't think of a name. Johnny Depp is interesting. But yes, RDJ was fantastic.

It seems all the Sony comic movies have a negative bias with them. This and Venom, even though both were phenomenal movies. What if Disney goons trying to drive down grosses to get Sony to sell?
