Re: This Generation's Marlon Brando AND Martin Scorsese

I had never really thought about that until now. Mean Streets was one of my favorite movies growing up. The Sound and the Fury is one of the best films of the 2010's and a lot of it reminded me of it. There is so much grittiness to it. Great obeservation!

Re: Successful Comedies with Big Plot Holes

As far as any of the marriages I've seen, no it's not normal. I could see telling them he was paying for a honeymoon and to be prepared to leave, but I don't think they had anything planned and to be told you're going to Thailand in 2 days would make a lot of messes. At the very least, there are pro...

Re: What is the point of movies?

It's up to the movies themselves to be remembered. I've always been of the opinion that if it's a good movie it will be remembered. Even if it is just by one person, does that make it worth it? For me it's An Eye for Beauty (2014). Not an immensely popular movie by any means, but there were some mom...

Milo/Lucien

I haven't seen the actor who played Lucien before but he did such an amazing job. You can tell he really relished I playing the bad guy (which is rare these days) but also brought a tremendous quality to him. Any other things he's been in that can be recommended?

Chad Kroeger feature Josey Scott

I love Macy Gray but I think given the soundtrack to the movie it would have been better to have Chad Kroeger and Josey Scott di the Hero song and then they could have interacted and maybe helped save the day through their ballad. Like Chad hits Green Goblin with his guitar to distract him long enou...

Morbius Experience

This was my first time ever but I watched the DVD first then I was able to go to the theater the next day to watch it on the big screen. Probably the best cinematic and home viewing experience I've had in the last 10 years at least. Thank you Marvel and Jared Leto!

Helly's Kiss

I'm happy that Mark and Helly's innie had that moment as I wanted it to happen all season. But it felt a little rushed.

The Overtime Contingency

It's a cool idea and I can see why Lumon would need something like this, but the way it was introduced seemed to only serve as way to bypass the plot. They basically risked the whole company just so they could figure out where a flash card is? If it was that important why not get to it earlier, or i...

Re: Good First Season

I feel with how much Easter eggs the creators layered into the first season makes me think they do have a plan and aren't just winging it. But overall I agree, the only things we know are Marks wife is alive, Helly is a potential CEO and Irvings outie knows more about what goes on inside.
