Morbius vs. Dr Strange Multiverse of Madness

I don't mean Morbius taking on Dr. Strange although that would be a great movie. I watched this kind of back to back with Morbius and I was so lost watching Dr. Strange. I didn't see Wandavision which I think would be required to get most this. Sam Raimi is a genius and his style shows in this, but I found after watching Morbius that everything in this one just seemed so inconsequential.
